The detached cottage is situated in the grounds of the main house. It is a delightful, architect designed, well-planned one bedroom en-suite cottage, with a spacious open planned living area with a vaulted ceiling. The property is on two levels with the bedroom on the ground floor and the lounge on the first floor to take advantage of the views. The cottage has its own private terrace overlooking the garden. Garden furniture is provided for you to relax and enjoy the afternoon and evening sunshine.

The cottage is furnished and equipped to the highest 5 star standard.




Accommodation
The front door opens into the living area, which has a vaulted ceiling, is all open plan with a fully fitted kitchen with all the integrated appliances, a separate dining area and a beautiful lounge area taking advantage of all the views from the triple aspect accommodation. Large patio doors open onto a small balcony taking advantage of the views. The bedroom is a spacious, bright dual aspect room with a king size bed and a single bed. The en-suite bathroom is fully tiled with a large bath, a separate shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet. The bedroom has large patio doors, which open out onto your own private blue slate patio overlooking the garden. The cottage has
been carefully planned with quality comfortable furnishings in a traditional style to complement the countryside outside. Good quality
fully fitted carpets, throughout. The cottage is warm and cosy and being brand new is very energy efficient.

General Information

Arrival and Departure times
Our changeover days at Brackenrigg are Saturadays only. Arrival time commences from 2pm on the day of arrival and we ask you to vacate by 10am on the day of departure. This enables us the time to prepare for our next guests arrival.

Cots and Highchairs
I regret we provide neither at any of our properties. We do not encourage children under 10 at Brackenrigg Lodge because of all the water features situated within the grounds. Please ring if you need more details.

Credit Cards
We do not accept credit card payments.

Fuel
The Cottage fuel costs are included in the tariff price.

Inspections
Our holiday homes are inspected and graded by the English Tourism Council.

VAT
Our holidays are free of VAT at the moment. Should the situation change you would be informed immediately.
